Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop
No choco-holic’s visit to Disney Springs® at Walt Disney World® Resort is complete without a stop at this shop, which pairs drool-worthy ice cream treats with premium chocolate gifts. Our favorite is the Ocean Beach Sea Salt Caramel Sundae, but there are no wrong decisions here.

Gideon’s Bakehouse
Owner Steve Lewis claims his recipes came from the 1898 diary of a boy named Gideon. Whether that’s true or not, you can experience the tasty results at their original shop at East End Market in Audubon Park near downtown Orlando — or their brand-new location at Disney Springs!
The Glass Knife
Serving breakfast and lunch in addition to desserts, The Glass Knife in Winter Park is headed by Executive Chef Stuart Whitfield. Hardcore Disney fans might recognize that name as belonging to the maestro who previously sweetened up menus at Victoria and Albert’s, Be Our Guest Restaurant and other Walt Disney World Resort favorites.

Better Than Sex
Sweets are the only thing on the menu at this restaurant, which is near Lake Formosa in downtown Orlando’s Ivanhoe Village district. The menu and ambience (not to mention the risque name) make it a popular date-night destination for locals.
