Universal Volcano Bay is segmented into four distinct lands, with the mighty, 200-foot-tall Krakatau volcano towering over it all. First up, Rainforest Village offers a blend of action and relaxation with a full range of wild attractions.

River Village has gentler fun for younger guests, and more tranquility can be enjoyed at Waturi Beach and The Reef at Wave Village. For even easier living, rent a six- or 16-person cabana, or arrange for reserved lounge-chair seating.

When you’re hungry, bite into the park’s island-themed eateries. And the onsite shops offer everything you need for fun in the sun, including beach essentials, souvenirs and more.

The park has also added numerous new attractions in recent years, with the latest — Reef Plunge — now open. The 330-foot waterslide will send you through eye-catching translucent cutouts and rings and past a vibrant array of marine life that includes Commerson’s dolphins, leopard sharks, sardines and a variety of other cold-water fish.

Other recent additions include Florida’s first dueling-racer raft slide, Riptide Race, featuring nearly 650 feet of tight loops and accelerations, and KareKare Curl, which invites you to experience the feeling of weightlessness as you climb a near-vertical wall of water.

Lots more excitement is in store for you. When you’re ready to catch your breath, drift down Loggerhead Lane, the park’s lazy river, or wade near a 60-foot fortress at Walkabout Waters. Of course, you can’t spend all day in the water — no matter how much you might want to. To that end, cabana rentals and an ocean of dining choices are also available.
