Two-time James Beard Award-winning Chef Melissa Kelly grew up on Long Island and spent countless hours in her Italian grandmother’s kitchen, paying close attention to every detail in the flavors of her Southern Italy coastal Puglian heritage. This is where her love of Mediterranean foods took hold.
