What’s New

  • Journey of Water, inspired by Moana, opens in late-2023 within World Nature - the EPCOT neighborhood dedicated to understanding and preserving the beauty, awe, and balance of the natural world. The all-ages attraction will allow guests to explore and engage with water as it travels from the skies to the oceans and back again. 
  • Aquatica Orlando opened its all-new water adventure, Turi’s Kid Cove, in May. The water attraction includes water bobbles, tipping buckets, watering palms, and kid-sized wave slide.

Fan Favorites

  • The world’s first Peppa Pig Theme Park opened in 2022 at LEGOLAND Florida Resort. The standalone theme park features multiple rides, interactive attractions, fun live shows, themed playscapes and water play areas catered toward little ones.
  • Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure at EPCOT shrinks guests to the size of Chef Remy to race through Gusteau’s restaurant on a wild adventure.
  • Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway at Disney’s Hollywood Studios takes guests through the movie screen where they join Mickey, Minnie and friends.
  • The Disney Junior Play & Dance at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is a high-energy musical celebration where families can sing and dance along with Disney Junior characters like Doc McStuffins, Vampirina, Timon and Mickey Mouse.
  • Sesame Street Land at SeaWorld Orlando is an immersive opportunity to stroll through Sesame Street, meet beloved characters like Big Bird, Elmo and Cookie Monster, enjoy themed attractions like Abby’s Flower Tower, and dance along with the Sesame Street Party Parade.
  • Aquatica Orlando’s Kata’s Kookaburra Cove, a family play area for kids under 48 inches, features the Zippity Zappity tube ride, beginner’s body slides and waterspouts for kids to splash under.
  • Fun Spot America Theme Parks Orlando features a 4,000-square-foot interactive splash pad for guests with over 30 active elements.
  • Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy, a live show at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, features beloved characters from the Cars movie series, including Lightning McQueen, Mater and Cruz Ramirez.
  • Kidstown at the Orlando Science Center allows children ages 7 and under to splash, climb, tinker and explore as they partake in imaginative roleplaying, teamwork and creative play throughout the exhibit.
  • Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex’s Planet Play – a multiple-story experience designed for space explorers ages 2-12 – is an indoor, interactive activity area that brings space down to earth.
  • Universal Orlando Resort has a variety of rides that your toddler will love. At Universal Studios Florida they can enjoy E.T. Adventure, Despicable Me Minion Mayhem, Kang & Kodos’ Twirl ‘n’ Hurl, Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon, Hogwarts Express and the Animal Actors show. At Islands of Adventure, enjoy Flight of the Hippogriff, Skull Island: Reign of Kong, Pteranodon Flyers, Camp Jurassic, Storm Force Accelatron, The Cat in the Hat, the Caro-Seuss-el, Dr. Seuss’ If I Ran a Zoo, One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish and The High in the Sky Seuss Trolley Train Ride.

  • Illumination’s Villain-Con Minion Blast – opening summer 2023 as a part of Minion Land at Universal Studios Florida – will combine innovative screen technology, state-of-the-art gaming interactivity and elaborate physical sets to create a one-of-a-kind, game-based adventure where guests encounter immersive environments, nefarious villains and tons of mischievous Minions from Illumination’s blockbuster film franchise.
  • Aquatica Orlando’s Reef Plunge includes twists and turns though 330 feet of fiberglass while zooming past a vibrant array of marine life.
  • LEGOLAND Florida’s Pirate River Quest is a family friendly treasure hunt led by a pirate in search of a lost treasure. Guests journey through uncharted waters while discovering secrets protecting its canals, as this all-new story unfolds brick by brick.
  • Launch into space with the Peanuts® crew during Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex’s new show All Systems Are Go!, an exciting immersive experience featuring state-of-the-art puppetry, lights, sounds, and the beloved Peanuts characters.

  • Toy Story Land, a colorful, 11-acre world in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, features three themed attractions, “Slinky Dog Dash”, “Alien Swirling Saucers” and “Toy Story Mania!”.
  • Universal’s Volcano Bay offers thrill-seeking rides including the Puihi of Maku Puihi Round Raft Rides, the Kala and Tai Nui Serpentine Body Slides and the Krakatau Water Coaster.
  • Crayola Experience brings the magic of color to children while stimulating their creativity with 27 hands-on attractions.
  • Dolphin Cove at SeaWorld Orlando, one of the largest interactive dolphin pools in the world, offers guests an up-close view of bottlenose dolphins from both above and below the surface of the water.
  • WonderWorks, the original “indoor amusement park for the mind,” melds education and entertainment into more than 100 hands-on exhibits for all ages. Guests explore six Wonder Zones and experience more thrills, including an XD 4D motion simulated thrill ride, indoor ropes challenge course and laser tag arena.
  • The LEGO Movie World at LEGOLAND Florida Resort offers three attractions based on the THE LEGO MOVIE and THE LEGO MOVIE 2: The Second Part films: Unikitty's Disco Drop, Battle of Bricksburg and The Lego Movie Masters of Flight, a unique 180-degree rotating theater attraction with additional 4D elements such as smells and water sprays.
  • In The Game ICON Park is a family entertainment center and arcade featuring 70 games, virtual reality experiences, themed escape rooms and more.
  • Wild Florida’s Drive-thru Safari Park is 170 acres with 4 miles of driving space and features a lineup of 150 animals, including giraffes, zebra, eland antelope, scimitar oryx, American bison, mouflon sheep, and more! 
  • Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park, an aerial obstacle course set atop the trees in a natural pine forest, offers two kids courses featuring 21 challenges.
  • Discovery Cove, an all-inclusive day resort, lets guests hand-feed exotic birds, snorkel crystal-clear waters with tropical fish and rays, and even swim and interact with bottlenose dolphins.

What’s New

  • TRON Lightcycle / Run, at Magic Kingdom Park is one of the fastest coasters at any Disney theme park in the world. Based on the Disney sci-fi film TRON: Legacy, guests will speed across a world with no horizons in a high-stakes race in their very own Lightcycle.  
  • Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, the newest attraction at EPCOT, is a family-friendly adventure featuring a new storytelling coaster that rotates 360 degrees to focus guests on the action, including the first reverse launch on a Disney coaster.
  • Pipeline: The Surf Coaster, SeaWorld Orlando’s is the world’s first “Surf Coaster,” offering immersive design elements, including a dynamic surfing launch and “wave jumping” motions, for a one-of-a-kind ocean adventure. 
  • Universal’s Great Movie Escape at Universal CityWalk is the first-ever escape room experience that features two rooms with interactive state-of-the-art missions, captivating storytelling and intricately detailed sets, inspired by Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment’s blockbuster films Jurassic World and Back to the Future.
  • The Wheel at ICON Park debuted “The Great Florida Road Trip,” an all-new interactive enhancement and the first gaming experience inside of an observation wheel, in April. The experience takes visitors on a nostalgic holiday through midcentury Florida before the era of theme parks and resorts. Guests will help capture snapshots, through a camera-esque device, of Florida vacation spots through a collection of billboards.

  • Jurassic World VelociCoaster, Florida’s fastest and tallest launch coaster, features an original story with intense maneuvers sending riders catapulting up to 70 mph and over 150 feet in the air with the swiftest of prehistoric predators.
  • SeaWorld Orlando’s Ice Breaker, features four launches, both backwards and forwards, culminating in a reverse launch with a 93-foot tall spike with 100-degree angle, the steepest vertical drop in Florida.
  • Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure at Universal’s Islands of Adventure hurls guests past obstacles and dodge beasts on a freewheeling roller coaster flight that will bring them close to some of the wizarding world’s rarest magical creatures.
  • Avatar Flight of Passage at Disney’s Animal Kingdom sends explorers swooping and soaring on a state-of-the-art 3D simulated flight above the awe-inspiring world of Pandora on the back of a winged banshee.
  • Dezerland Action Park features axe-throwing, karting and pinball as well as an all-you-can-eat cereal bar.
  • Aquatica Orlando’s KareKare Curl features two-passenger rafts and allow riders go high up on a vertical wave wall for a feeling of weightlessness before continuing down. Riptide Race is Florida’s first-ever dueling waterslide. Starting atop a 68-foot tower, guests race side-by-side at top speeds, navigating tight loops and accelerations through indoor and outdoor sections.
  • Nona Adventure Park, a water sports park, features an inflatable, floating obstacle course, wakeboarding cables and a 60-foot climbing tower with a ropes course. 
  • Madame Tussauds at ICON Park lets guests get up-close to take the ultimate selfie with their favorite celebrities like Taylor Swift, Ryan Gosling, Selena Gomez or save the world alongside the Justice League.
  • Screamin’ Gator Zipline at Gatorland takes guests on an aerial adventure 1,200 feet above live alligators and crocodiles.
  • iFLY Orlando features a high-energy vertical wind tunnel that offers indoor skydiving, allowing visitors to float on a column of air. No parachute, no jumping and no experience is necessary.
  • Andretti Indoor Karting & Games offers indoor kart racing on a track full of turns and high speed. Other activities include laser tag, ropes course and classic arcade games.
  • The Museum of Illusions Orlando, a mind-bending “edutainment” experience, offers 50 interactive, immersive and mentally deceptive exhibits based on math, science and psychology.
  • The Bourne Stuntacular at Universal Studios Florida – a cutting-edge live-action stunt show based on Universal Pictures’ blockbuster Bourne film franchise – blurs the lines between stage and cinema in a hybrid form of never-before-seen entertainment.
  • Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on the remote planet Batuu, features two signature attractions, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, putting guests in the cockpit of the famous spaceship, and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, where an escape from The First Order turns into all-out battle.
  • The Escape Game Orlando offers guests nine different immersive adventures that bring stories to life in a one-of-a-kind tactile experience allowing visitors have one hour to complete their mission and escape.
  • TopGolf Orlando is an entertainment and golfing facility featuring 102 climate-controlled hitting bays that can host up to six players at one time and advanced technology to track the accuracy and distance of players' shots.
